If I already have my app custom branded, will I lose that?

NO. Your custom branding will not be affected when you transfer.

How long are the workouts?

The workouts average between 30-45 minutes each.

Is the billing for this Enterprise through Trainerize?

NO. The billing for this Enterprise is through IFCA, not Trainerize.

Will I maintain access to all of this even if I leave IFCA or Legacy?

YES. your subscription will remain active even if you're not in any IFCA programs.

Are there any long-term contracts for Trainerize?

NO. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.

If I want to cancel my account entirely, what do I do?

Email ifca@impactcoachacademy.com and inform us you'd like to cancel your account. Include your name and your business name in the email.

If I want to transfer from IFCA Enterprise back to a regular account, can I?

YES. You can transfer back and keep all of your client information. You will lose access to all of IFCA's Content inside the Enterprise.

How do I transfer from IFCA Enterprise back to a regular account?

Email ifca@impactcoachacademy.com and inform us you'd like to cancel your account. Include your name and your business name in the email.

What if I just paid for my Trainerize subscription through Trainerize?

Once your account is transferred to our Enterprise, you'll receive a prorated refund from Trainerize.

What if I paid in full for a year of Trainerize?

Once your account is transferred to our Enterprise, you'll receive a prorated refund from Trainerize.

Is it possible to just get the Training Features of the Enterprise without the nutrition?

NO. The only way we could get this partnership is to include all of it.

If I have over 100 clients, can I still take advantage of this?

YES. Follow the same process as above. Someone will contact you with more information.
